SalesWip Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of SalesWip, including our website, software, Google Sheets™ integration, related tools, and services collectively referred to as the “Service.”

1. Use of the Service
SalesWip is a sales forecasting, pipeline planning, and revenue modeling tool designed for teams that use spreadsheet-based sales data, including Google Sheets™.
You may use SalesWip only in accordance with these Terms, applicable laws, and any documentation or instructions we provide.
You are responsible for making sure that your use of SalesWip is appropriate for your business, team, and data.
2. Accounts and Access
To use certain features of SalesWip, you may need to create an account, sign in with a third-party account, or authorize access through Google Workspace.
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you are using SalesWip on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.
3. Google Sheets™ and Google Workspace™ Integration
SalesWip may allow you to connect to or work with Google Sheets™ or other Google Workspace™ services.
When you authorize SalesWip to access your Google account or Google Sheets™ files, you grant SalesWip permission to access only the information necessary to provide the Service, based on the permissions you approve during installation or authorization.
You can manage or revoke SalesWip’s access through your Google account settings.
SalesWip is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Your use of Google services is governed by Google’s own terms and policies.
4. Customer Data
“Customer Data” means the information, files, spreadsheets, sales data, pipeline data, forecasts, revenue assumptions, and other content that you upload, connect, enter, submit, or make available through the Service.
You retain ownership of your Customer Data.
By using the Service, you grant SalesWip a limited right to access, process, store, transmit, and use Customer Data only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service.
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, legality, and reliability of your Customer Data. SalesWip is not responsible for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on inaccurate or incomplete Customer Data.
5. Google User Data
If SalesWip accesses Google user data, we will use that data only as described in our Privacy Policy and only as necessary to provide and support the Service.
SalesWip does not sell Google user data. SalesWip does not use Google user data for advertising purposes. SalesWip does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, protect rights or security, or as otherwise disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. You may not:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Reverse engineer, copy, resell, or exploit the Service without permission
- Use the Service to violate the rights of another person or organization
- Use the Service in a way that violates Google’s applicable terms or policies
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms or creates risk for SalesWip, other users, or third-party services.
7. Paid Services and Billing
Some SalesWip features may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees according to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase.
Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing or required by law.
We may change pricing or plan features in the future. If we make pricing changes that affect your current paid plan, we will provide notice as required by law or as described at the time of purchase.
8. Free Trials and Beta Features
SalesWip may offer free trials, early access, beta features, or experimental tools. These features may change, stop working, or be removed at any time.
Beta or trial features are provided as-is and may not be as reliable as generally available features.
9. Forecasts and Business Decisions
SalesWip may help organize, calculate, model, or display sales forecasts, revenue projections, pipeline assumptions, and related business information.
SalesWip does not guarantee sales results, revenue outcomes, business performance, or forecast accuracy.
You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, calculations, assumptions, and recommendations before making business decisions.
10. Third-Party Services
SalesWip may work with third-party services, including Google Workspace™. We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, their terms, their security, or their handling of your data.
Your use of third-party services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
11. Intellectual Property
SalesWip and its software, design, features, branding, content, documentation, workflows, and technology are owned by SalesWip or its licensors.
These Terms do not give you ownership of SalesWip or any SalesWip intellectual property.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service unless we give you written permission.
12. Feedback
If you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, or recommendations about SalesWip, you allow us to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.
13. Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
You should review the Privacy Policy before using the Service.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to help protect the Service and Customer Data. However, no system is completely secure.
You are responsible for securing your own devices, accounts, passwords, Google Workspace settings, and internal access controls.
15. Service Availability and Changes

16. Termination
You may stop using SalesWip at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, fail to pay applicable fees, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service.
After termination, your right to use the Service will end. Certain sections of these Terms will continue to apply, including sections related to intellectual property, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms.
17. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesWip disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, produce specific results, or be free from errors or interruptions.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesWip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SalesWip’s total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to SalesWip for the Service during the three months before the claim arose, or one hundred dollars if you have not paid SalesWip.
19. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SalesWip from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another party’s rights.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above.
If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict of law principles.
